I've left Isabella Millar & her mother Barbara Black for a good year now and, lo & behold, the internet has caught up and I was able to find Isabella and I've got a request to make to Wirral Archives about Barbara (death of a Barbara B Millar, age 82, in 1931........just so happens mine was born 1849, had a brother down that neck of the woods....well Lancashire....in 1901...and she's definitely not on Scotlandspeople as my long suffering credit card can tell you
